![]() I'm going to get the ez press draw board mod so I will be able to check the draw stops a little easier, and I know that will help. And I forgot to measure the center shot, but it seems a little further out than normal, maybe 7/8" or 15/16" instead of the 13/16" that normally is what I found most Mathews like to start at. I have not checked to see if the stops are hitting at the same time yet, but to get a bullet hole through paper, my nock is high and rest is what I consider low, as the arrow is not going dead through the center of the berger button hole. The bow actually is pulling 75.5 pounds, cables are intersecting the timing holes at the same spot (center), and ATA is about 1/32 under 33". ![]() I just picked up a 2015 Mathews Chill R with 85% rock mods. I read on here about every day, I guess I'm just missing the threads where this is discussed. Are there any threads like this? If someone can link me to them that would be very helpful. What I am interested in is just a basic walk-through of setting the bow to specs, and how to tune for perfect timing and so forth. I have found a number threads addressing problems like bad right tears in paper being corrected with lubing the ring on the yoke, or swapping top hat bushings and so forth. I can't find one that really does address just the basic tuning and putting the bow into factory specs. I've done a number of searches on here trying to find a thread where someone goes over the basic tuning of a Mathews Chill R. Many times I let someone who is scared to death to work on their own bow do their own work with my supervision, to help them become more comfortable with their bow and not be afraid to work on their bow if needed. Most of the info in these threads is spot on and has helped me immensely in learning to tune my own stuff since I have a nice ez press and most of the gear needed to do so. I've downloaded a number of threads discussing various bows I've owned or tuned over the past 7-8 years, and have printed them off and put them in my shop so if someone happens by and needs some help, I can show them how I tune a particular bow. įrom your Documents/Paradox/EU4/logs/ folder, attach system.log.
